Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", "you") and SEwealthMarket ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the SEwealthMarket website, platform, or any services we provide, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services, including but not limited to our website, client portal, trading services, and any related applications.
Our Services
SEwealthMarket provides professional Forex and cryptocurrency trading account management services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Managed Forex trading account services using human expertise and automated trading bots
- Cryptocurrency account management and trading strategies
- Weekly and bi-weekly performance reporting
- Risk management consultation and portfolio monitoring
- Access to our proprietary trading algorithms and strategies
- Client support and account advisory services
- Educational resources on trading and financial markets
All trading activities are conducted through regulated brokers including Exness, IC Markets, Pepperstone, XM, and other approved financial institutions. We act as account managers on behalf of our clients and do not hold client funds directly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using financial services under the laws of your country
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Note: Our services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using our services complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region. We do not offer services to residents of countries where such activities are prohibited.
Account Registration
To access our managed account services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Keeping your contact information and personal details up to date
- Completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
You may not share your account credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
One person may only hold one account with SEwealthMarket. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Investment & Risk Acknowledgment
Risk Warning: Forex and cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. You may lose all or a substantial portion of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Trading in foreign exchange and cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk, including the possible total loss of your invested capital
- You are investing only funds you can afford to lose
- We do not guarantee any returns, profits, or protection of capital
- Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
- You have read and understood our Risk Disclaimer in full
- You have sought independent financial and legal advice if necessary
SEwealthMarket employs strict risk management protocols including maximum 2% risk per trade, stop-loss mechanisms, and portfolio diversification. However, these measures do not eliminate risk entirely.
Fees & Payments
Our fee structure is transparent and disclosed upfront. Fees may include:
- Management Fee: A periodic fee for managing your trading account, as specified in your selected package
- Performance Fee: A percentage of profits generated, as agreed upon at onboarding
- Broker Fees: Spreads and commissions charged by your broker, which are separate from our fees
All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to any service plan. Fees may be subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing clients. Continued use of services after notice of fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
We do not charge fees on capital losses. Performance fees, where applicable, are only charged on net profits generated within an agreed period.
Profit Sharing
Where applicable, profit sharing arrangements are agreed upon at the time of onboarding and documented in your client agreement. Profit sharing terms include:
- Profit share percentages are calculated on net realized profits after deducting all broker fees and commissions
- Profits are calculated on a monthly or agreed-upon basis
- Loss carry-forward provisions may apply to ensure fair calculation
- Profit distributions are made after verification of account performance reports
SEwealthMarket reserves the right to withhold profit distributions if there are any outstanding compliance, KYC, or account verification issues.
Withdrawal Policy
Clients may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your client portal or via official communication channels
- Processing time is typically 24–72 business hours, depending on your broker and payment method
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals are processed
- Withdrawals are transferred to your broker account, from which you can then withdraw directly according to your broker's procedures
- Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply as specified in your package terms
- Open trading positions may need to be settled before withdrawal processing
We are not responsible for delays caused by your broker, banking institutions, or payment processors. Withdrawal fees charged by brokers or payment processors are borne by the client.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or networks
- Using our services to launder money or finance terrorism or other criminal activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our platform
- Engaging in market manipulation or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations
- Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to our services without authorization
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other clients
- Using automated scripts or bots to access our platform without written permission
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, logos, trademarks, trading strategies, algorithms, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to SEwealthMarket. This includes:
- Website design, graphics, and visual elements
- Proprietary trading algorithms and strategies
- Performance reports and analytical tools
- Educational content and training materials
- The SEwealthMarket brand, logo, and name
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEwealthMarket, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses, including total loss of invested capital
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Losses arising from market volatility, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control
- Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in our platform or broker systems
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security
Our total cumulative liability in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SEwealthMarket in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEwealthMarket and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content or information you submit to our platform
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
Termination
Either party may terminate the client relationship at any time:
- By you: You may close your account and discontinue services by providing written notice through official channels. Pending trades may need to settle before final account closure.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail KYC requirements, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason we deem appropriate with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances in your broker account remain yours and are accessible directly through your broker. We will provide any outstanding performance reports for the period up to termination.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEwealthMarket operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Negotiation: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request formal mediation
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English and that you waive any right to a jury trial where applicable.
